Because our inventory is a mix of old & new, returns are generally considered on a case-by-case basis but the following rules apply:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON VINTAGE.
- New houseware/gift returns may be accepted for store credit. Original packaging must be included and a 30-day window applies, even if you’ve received the item as a gift.
- CLOTHING returns must be made within 1 week of purchase and may NOT have been worn.
We do not ship furniture. If you’d like to have it shipped on your own, we’re happy to help you facilitate that. We also recommend an app called uShip wherein a person traveling picks up the item and delivers it to you. This would be up to you to coordinate.
For small items: We don’t make a profit on shipping so will estimate the cost to the best of our ability, using the weight and size, and charge you that amount. It may be a tad over or under but this system generally works for us.
We receive A LOT of boxes and packing materials so we will reuse those items when mailing to you.

In case you haven’t noticed, we are VERY SELECTIVE. We are likely interested in what you have to sell (assuming it fits our aesthetic) but cannot accommodate random walk-ins. If you have items to sell, please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org with a description, cost and photos if you can. You can also reach us via our Instagram.
We may then schedule a time for you to come in or come to you, which in many cases is easier.
